Snowing out! I did roll out a little loop out front last night before I left because I just couldn’t help it but it’s quite thin and still wet underneath. I thought about calling myself open today, but then I remembered I’m not full of crap. I wouldn’t call a few inches of powder on top of wet grass good enough to be open. That’s just not how I roll. Happy Veterans Day. Thanks to all the veterans for serving their country over the last 249 years. Waking up to a nice inch of snow over the airport field. While not enough to groom, snow is in the forecast just about every day this week. We are headed in the right direction.    It’s a nice winter scene outside A few more inches in the forecast today so we will see what happens. Nice to have winter in the area.

November 01, 2025 A hefty rainstorm rolled in over the region yesterday and overnight. Giving the area a much needed soak.   A morning climb and trail scout early this morning revealed that the upper ridge turned to a bit of snow overnight.    It is a winter wonderland up there. It sure seems like we have turned a corner as far as the seasons go. Cold temps forecast for next week. Snow flakes showing on the various forecasts. It won't be long. See you all soon.
