Rental Procedures and Policies
*Ole's WILL be renting gear to customers this season. We will be offering two options for renting skis at the center. Contactless and in house rentals. Below you will find details outlining the procedures for renting skis that we feel will allow for the maximum safety and health of our staff and our customers. Please read entire page with care.
All rentals will be by reservation and appointment ONLY. All customers are required to wear a face covering while in the ski center at all times and while around the base area. Immediate hand sanitizing will be required with our provided touchless hand sanitizers We will be taking appointments for ski rentals on the day of to give everyone a chance at skiing at the center. No multiple day rentals will be available. As always a trail ticket is required to use our trail system. Rentals are on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate as many customers in a timely fashion as possible. To limit the amount of people in the building at one time we will only be allowing up to one "group or family skiing together" or two individuals at a time.
These are unusual times and this may prove to be the most challenging year I will ever have here at the center. Your patience is very much appreciated.
How things will work:
For Contactless Rentals:
Please call the center the day that you and your group wish to ski. When you call you will be asked to provide the following information.
*Group name and contact number.
*Desired rental pickup time.
*Number of people in group
*Sizing information for each person(s) in your group.
Once all this information is collected we will place your gear in the outdoors designated rental pick up spot. Your gear will be marked with your group name. Once you have enjoyed the trails and are all done for the day, please place the ski rentals in our ski rental return spot.
For in house rentals:
All in house rentals will require an appointment. An appointment for renting gear can be made either by calling the center in the morning or by making an appointment with our Nordic Ski ambassador who will be patrolling the parking lot. All rental appointments will be spaced approximately 20 minutes apart. Once you make an appointment we will ask for the following information.
*Desired appointment time
*Number of people in group
*Cell phone number where you can receive a text message or a phone call.
*Vehicle description(s) that you will be arriving in
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. When you arrive, please wait in your car. When we are ready to serve you, we will send a text message to you notifying you that you may come in the building and get set up with gear.
