With the strong sun and warmer temps yesterday the 2KM loop is ski-able but not enough so that I will call it open. With 97 days of skiing this season I am calling it as the end to another great season at Ole's Cross Country. Thanks to all the customers and people who support my work at Ole's. I appreciate you.

Ski shop is now closed for the season. Reach out with questions or off season needs.

Please Note that ALL of Ole's Trail System is closed to ALL off season use. Please respect this and our land owners generosity and do not trespass during the off season. Thanks!

Have a great Summer.

Day 97 today and the sun is shining over a beautiful new layer of snow. A little bit of snow overnight really helped to pretty up the trail once again. The inner loop (just shy of 2KM) was skiing nicely yesterday. All things considered. It is even better this morning. The loop is well covered this am with a few thin spots becoming more pronounced through out the day as things warm up. The strong March sunshine will soften the snow pack later for spring skiing. The bomber of layer that is on the ground, should be ski-able all day.

All the skiers that have come out have enjoyed it. Come up and enjoy the sunshine and get some late season laps in!

Good Morning,

Monday today but we had a fun weekend skiing around out here in the field. The truly hardy and devoted came up and made some laps. The inner loop is open today. It measures about 2KM. It is skiing surprisingly nice out there. I got a great ski in both days Sat and Sun and will be out there momentarily skiing around.

I went around the and tilled up the thin snow crust this morning and believe it or not, produced a rather nice granular surface. Sure a bit of Mother Nature is poking through but it beats running on dirt roads or tromping through death crust. And dare I say, was a fun workout both days.

The world needs more players not haters. Don't be a hater, come up and ski.

See you up here.

Ski shop will close around 3:30PM today.
