January 30, 2026 A bit brisk out there this morning. -4 with some breeze across the airport. The skiing remains awesome. Packed dry powder that is a treat to have for snow conditions. The sun is out and while it is a bit chilly there are some spots to hide from the breeze and get your ski on. Temps are supposed to rise to about 5 above by around 2PM. The outer loop, trails #9,#10 and #6 were groomed well with tracks set. See detailed conditions for cautions on outer loop.

January 29, 2026   About as nice of a cold winter January morning as it gets out there this AM. An incredible sunrise out there with the sun's warmth creating frost fog above Ole's trail system. A balmy 6 degrees to start but Temps. will rise to a high of 17 degrees today with calm winds forecast. January 28, 2026 Nice cold start to the day with a fresh dusting of snow on the trails overnight. Things are in really nice condition. We have been able to get the woods of #5 open as the logging has been completed It is looking pretty good in there. The entrance of #5 Woods off the Junction of #2 right down the hill from the building is pretty rough for the first 100 ft or so. Be cautious as you enter. January 27, 2026 It snowed and snowed and snowed yesterday. I measured a few times through out the day yesterday. With the cold, 10 degree and below temps, the snow has some serious fluff factor. It settled under its own weight but I would say 20 inches of snow fell yesterday. It is winter magic out there. A deep layer of Colorado Dry, Champagne Powder blankets Vermont's fields and forests. January 26, 2026 Still snowing out at a good clip with well over a foot of snow accumulations. We have skiing up here and it is a winter wonderland out there. Enjoy all the snow and come and ski. Good Morning   12 inches of the most beautiful fluff you ever did see fell on the trails last night. Still dumping out too!      Grooming is ongoing. Trails #2,#3,#11,#5,#7 to the #4's,#7a and #1 all packed and tracked here in about an hour or two. We will be out grooming today periodically. January 25, 2026 Another cold start to the day today with temps down around 10 below zero once again this morning. By around 1pm they are forecast to rise to a more reasonable ten above zero. January 24, 2026 Beautiful out this morning. Nice and proper old school temps. 10 below zero as I write this report. A high of 1 or two degrees out today will surely ensure a chilly day but way better than 34 degrees and raining. It's winter, in January, during ski season. JANUARY 23, 2026 Good Morning, It snowed and blew up here rather ferociously yesterday, filling in the trails and adding to the ever growing snow pack. Trails are in great shape and I did the rounds grooming this morning, freshening up what we have been skiing on and adding the outer loop with one pass of the big groomer.
