December 23, 2025 Some fresh snow in the forecast. It is supposed to snow lightly from about right now through tomorrow. The forecast map show us in the 4"-6" range with more as you gain elevation in the mountains. I am looking forward to, and semi-patiently waiting for, some ski snow. In the mean time ski shop will be open today and tomorrow, Christmas Eve from 9AM-4PM. With a gift of snow, we will be open Christmas day for skiing. Stay tuned.

Winter solstice today. It is the official start of winter here and already we have had many great days of skiing to count towards our 25/26 ski season. The crazy warm and rain Friday put the hurt on all of that beautiful powder. Now we wait patiently for some fresh snow to get some skiing going again. Well anyone in the area witnessed the impressive wind and driving rain yesterday. It was downright nasty out there. The heavy rain and consistent warm wind from the south melted us out and we will need some fresh snow to get trails open again. Ski shop is open today and tomorrow. Basically back to the beginning here so think snow and hoping for some redemption here in the next few days. The sun is out. So there's that. See you all soon.

December 19, 2025 Windy, rainy and warm today. At the moment there looks to be coverage on the trail surface. Trails will be closed today to at least give it a shot for some skiing tomorrow. Maybe a bit of fresh snow later when temps drop today . Mid week, looks interesting. Think snow!

Good Morning, Another nice sunrise this AM. It is going to be spring skiing conditions here today from about mid morning on. The warm up yesterday into the mid thirties yesterday and then a sharp drop to the upper teens last night has made things fast and firm this AM. With the sun and temps forecast to hit 40 degrees by around mid day things should up soften nicely. Spring skiing in Dec is on the menu. December 17, 2025 Crazy beautiful light out there this morning. We are skiing on about 13-15 KM of trail. All the trails closer into Ole's Base are skiing really nicely and have been retouched. Classic tracks will get re set as well on those. I also towed the big groomer out along East Warren Rd. and out to the meadow on #4. A bit rugged in a few spots along East Warren Road but some really nice skiing to be had. A perfect out and back tour for an experienced skier.

December 16, 2026 Beauty of a day today. Nice and sunny and light winds all day. Trails #2,#3 and #11 were groomed fresh this am. I also rolled out along East Warren Rd. to # 4 and back. Please Stay on groomed trails only unless otherwise posted. Today and tomorrow look like excellent days to ski so come up and enjoy.

Wake up to yet another layer of beautiful shiny powder on the trails. It dusted all night. Trail conditions feel like mid winter. The snow is cold, fresh and the temps will be wintry but comfortable. December 13, 2025    Hooray for the weekend. Skiing is on up here at the ski center. Today's temps will rise into the twenties and that snow will be smooth silky and glide rich! We are skiing on 10KM of trail. Trails are in great to excellent shape. They will all be re-groomed this morning with fresh tracks set. Cold air rushed in yesterday and overnight and squeezed out another 2" of powder on top of the trails It is a beautiful winter scene out there with nice snow and good to excellent skiing conditions on about 10KM of terrain.
