February 19, 2026 It is going to be another excellent day here at Ole's XC. Abundant sunshine and abundant snow pack, groomed out for your skiing pleasure, will be the features for today. Core trails are being tuned up once again. Outer loop will be nice once the sun and rising temps have softened it a bit. The skate lanes have been combed out and the beautiful  classic track is holding strong. With just a little warming the entire trail system should be skiing sick .    T

February 18, 2026 A beautiful mid February morning out there. The sun is out and the birds are singing away. Trails are in great shape and the core trails have gotten a quick refresh this morning where needed. . The snow pack transitioned slightly to spring like yesterday. and currently things are firm but pliable out there. Rich in glide and highly edge able. Last night I took a ski on some waxless skis. February 17, 2026 A nice winter day in store today with nice and cozy temps in the 30's. The snow is still cold and there should be excellent glide today. It should be nice comfortable skiing all day long. Core trails have been buffed out again with fresh buttery tracks to be had. It is just starting to snow lightly out there Some decent fresh snow potential in the forecast. A nice forecast ahead too, We are into a great week for skiing.

February 16, 2026 General Washington's official birthday today. February 15, 2026     A high in the upper twenties, full sun and light winds today. It does not get any better than that for a ski at Ole's Cross Country. The skies are clear and the views will be far and long today. Trails are blanketed in cold beautiful powder from end to end. Trails have been thoroughly groomed over the last couple of days. FEBRUARY 14, 2026   Today we are offering up a trail system pretty much 100% open and groomed up to perfection for both classic and skate skiing. Trails currently have some of the best conditions we have ever seen up here right now.  Temps in the upper twenties will provide some seriously glide rich snow.  Things are in great shape up here so my advice would be to get up here and rip these stellar skiing conditions. February 13, 2026 Friday the 13th today. But nothing scary out there. Just a trail system coated in beautiful packed powder snow, and that sweet, sweet sun set to run on high blast all day long. February 12, 2026 The snowstorm was supposed to shut off yesterday morning but it did not. The weather system came in big and gave us 2-3 inches of snow with good substance Tuesday night and yesterday. Things cooled off last night with another 3-4 inches of powder falling overnight. February 11, 2026 A nice creamy 3 inches of fresh snow on the trails this morning. It is full of glide and grooming out superbly. Core trails including #11 and #1 will be buffed and tracked here shortly. I will post a detailed report when in from grooming. It is a winter playground out there right now. Skiing is really nice come up and enjoy it. The forecast ahead looks stellar. The week and into the Holiday Weekend are going to be epic. See you all up here.

February 10, 2026 An amazing ski day today. Trails are groomed the sun is out in force and there is a high of 30 degrees around 2PM for today. Trails have been groomed and re-groomed this morning with fresh tracks set. Fresh classic track set down on the outer loop this morning on #'s 6/9/10. Caution on the downhills. Snow in the forecast with 3"-6" of snow forecast to fall tonight into early tomorrow morning. It's beautiful up here right now so come up and give it a ski.
