Spring conditions here today

March 9th, 2021

Good Morning,

Another amazing day here at the center. Trails are 100% open and things are skiing in top form. Skiing is awesome. Had probably one of my top three skis ever last night. Temps are supposed to top out in the low forties today and we have a few days of melt to endure here. If things get really soft in the next few days we may close trails to skating and all together if deemed necessary to preserve our snowpack. Looking at a refreeze Friday night and then hopefully some good spring conditions again on Saturday. Stay tuned.

Today March 9th is a year to date of the last day of ski snow for last season. We are in our 84th day of skiing for this season and today will make 75 consecutive days of great skiing here at the center. The snow has been amazing. I would love to break 100 days this year. Fingers crossed everyone. Get up here and enjoy this snow!
