ONE INCH OF SNOW OVERNIGHT AND THATS ALL WE NEEDED

FEBRUARY 19, 2021

The weak inch we needed is what we got early this morning. It has made all the difference in the snowpack. Just about everywhere the crunch and crust is gone and the trails are as firm as they can be with a very nice edge able powder layer on top. The skiing once again is prime. Temps and views will be going bananas today. Anyone with common sense will be skiing at Ole's today. More snow potential for the rest of the day. It would be nice have one more layer of snow on top. All core trails were groomed up this morning. Outer loop is on deck for Saturday morning but was rolled out before the warm weather/freeze and will have the latest fluff on top. Come up and enjoy these amazing snow conditions.

Caution on #9 Cold Springs Trail as there is active logging going on TODAY just below the first road crossing heading away from the trail #9 and #5 junction. The outer loop(trails # 6/#10 and #9) is open for experts only. If you hear logging, machinery or chainsaws actively working be smart turn around. Call or check in for details. Please respect any trail closed signs.
