We received a couple inches of sticky snow on top of our great base last night and currently it is still snowing at a good clip. Trails are being groomed up and we are looking to have around 20-25 KM of trail that will be groomed and tracked for your skiing fun today.

Things are in great shape. A few spots are still freezing so an occasional slush spot to look out for. T-Shirt weather yesterday to winter wonderland again today. Up and down but we are still skiing on great conditions. All on natural snow. Nice.

See you up skiing today.

A good shot of rain last night and a warm up into the forties today has left the snowpack rotten top to bottom. The good news is that we did not seem to loose very much snow and once things have a chance to firm up they should groom up great for the weekend. I was not sure if I wanted to call it today but finally I threw my skis on and went about 50 yards and had an answer. Skiers on the trails today will make a mess out of them. Skier ruts are not fun to try and groom out once things freeze back up

So let's hit the pause button today. Tomorrow the skiing should be good. Potential for a little fresh snow tonight, that sure would be rad!

PLEASE STAY OFF THE TRAILS TODAY THANK YOU!

Enjoy the T shirt weather today but I for one will look forward to having cold temps return tonight. We are on deck for another great weekend of Nordic Skiing up here. See you tomorrow

Good Morning,

This morning is a nice as it gets. Temps in the twenties and a morning sun shining.

The skiing will be excellent today especially after the sun works it's magic and temps start to climb above the freezing mark. Things are pretty fast and firm now but the snow did not fully transition and it is still edge-able first thing this AM. Late morning to early afternoon will have the best conditions so come up and enjoy.

Ski shop will open a little later today at 10AM. Come get the nice snow. Looking like a little wet in the forecast tonight and a day of warmth tomorrow. I am cautiously optimistic that it does not look catastrophic. We may close trails tomorrow if things are fully saturated with water.

COME SKI TODAY.
