Happy New Year!
We are ringing in the new year with a little fresh snow over the Airport. There is not enough to do anything with but at least things are white again and not green and brown. We are anticipating a rejuvination of precipitation starting later today through Friday. It is supposed to be a rain/mix (hopefully minimal) then transition to snow. Forecasts are calling for anywhere from 3-8 inches of snow to fall through Friday morning.
Stay tuned, think snow be ready to glide.

We are basically back down to green grass with the large amount of rain and warm temps overnight. It looks like another few days of rain and melting through Wednesday and then a turn towards snowy winter weather starting Wenedsay night. If the snow gods be merciful.
Our Ski shop is currently closed for the next few days. However we are available by appointment so reach out to us if you need us. Otherwise planning on a re open later in the week hopfully with some fresh snow to enjoy.

Good Morning,
Well Son of a Gunderson, we are waking up to a hefty snow loss since yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately we lost a lot of snow overnight. I rode around and around on the snowmobile this morning trying to convince myself we have enough snow to get things open at least for the day, but between the snow loss and the ice patches that have formed I just can't do it. Any knuckle head pass holders who want to come up and slide around can find some decent coverage in select spots but we will not be offering day tickets for sale today or any rentals. Sorry folks!
Tis' our burden to bear as North Eastern Skiers. No doubt our level of character is higher than skiers in other regions. Right?
Positive thinking will get you through.
That all have been said, we have had some pretty great skiing for Christmas week considering past years when it has done nothing but pour rain for the Holiday. The Season has really started off great and we have had some amazing skiing for this early in the season. The season is still young too and there is already breathing's of a return to winter later in the week. Stay positive, think snow and cross those ski tips for luck.
