Snowing in Central VT right now!
It snowed off on and on last night and we picked up another couple of inches of snow. It has groomed up nicely. All the core trails of #2,#3#4,#5,#6,#7 and #7a,#8,#12, and # 11 have all been seriously buffed out and classic track applied. The skiing is excellent. It is like real winter out there at the moment. Skiing is excellent come enjoy.

We wil be open today. Skiing will be great. Currently trails #2,#4 all of #5, #7, #7a, #8 and # 12 have been combed out and will be classic tracked here in short order. Grooming will be ongoing later today and tomorrow. Stop in or call for details. Psyched to get through that rain and come out on top!

Good melty morning to everyone,
Well it is another drizzly, dreary day. The good news is that we scored about 8-9 inches of snow overnight. So far we are calculating a serious net gain in our snowpack. The wet heavy snow has covered everything really nicely but it is saturated and needs to drain. Trails will be closed for today. Please stay off. If we let it drain and dry out it should groom out really nicely.
The weather radar shows the last of the rain starting to move out of our area. We will be shooting for a re-groom tomorrow which should provide excellent skiing conditions. It is measuring up to be an excellent MLK Holiday week. Our ski shop will be open today.
