 There was touch up grooming out there this morning around the skate lanes. There is a still a nice track through out the ski trials. Snowinbg hard right now 9:20AM
1"-4" of fresh through around 3PM today. An evening/nightime ski yesterday was beautiful. The powder sure gave a good workout. The tracks were buffed in and super fast despite the chilly temps and cold dry snow. Temps will rise and the snow falilng should be glide rich. Expect a well groomed trail with fresh snow on top. Looking ahead, there is more snow potential and stellar looking day Saturday. Get up here and get your ski on. Drive safe today as the roads are supposed to get wintry as the day goes on.

It is a chilly start to the day so bundle up if your headed out. The breeze is supposed to become calm as the day progresses. Head to the woods today for a nice winter ski! Fresh grooming on the core trails this morning. Outer loop was buffed out yesterday and postitive reports from people who skied it yesterday. I may give it a sample a little later today.
It sure is pretty out with the nice winter scenery, abundant snow and crisp arctic air in place There is snow and more snow in the forecast. Stay tuned.

1" of fresh overnight. The snow pack is firming back up. With the fresh snow on top and the quality base underneath skiers can expect some really nice skiing. I will execute another re groom of pretty much all the open terrain. Fresh tracks will be set.
Because I never like to learn my lesson, and against better judgment I ran the Big Tidd through Folsom, Cold Springs and the Bundy. It sure looked nice down there. Gunnin' to set a fresh track down there as well as every where else this morning. Caution on the outer loop (trails #6,#9 and # 10) as there are thin spots and a few rugged water bars down in the bottom of the brook..
      . Other than that it was skiing really nice yesterday and is really beautiful. country. Stop in with questions.
       We are 100% open minus trails #8/#12 and #7A which are temporarily closed due to logging. Skiing is sweeeeeet. Come get it!
