Snow on the trails. 6-7 inches of fresh!

Good Morning,

Finally a little white stuff out there for me to groom out this morning. We scored 6-7 inches of powder snow and it has allowed us to open almost 5 KM of early season skiing. Trails include trail #2 and Trail # 11 Rock N' Roll. The best skiing will be found on trail #2 and Rock N' Roll has some good skiing but use caution because the snow pack obviously is thin and you wil most likely be tasting dirt and grass with any face plants. It sure is nice to have some skiing out there and while things are a tad thin in spots it is the best skiing in months.

We will be renting skis and selling day tickets for day visitors today. If you need to rent skis please note that rentals are by reservation again ths year, although we will do our best to accomodate "walk-in" visitors. The upstairs lounge is not open again this year and we will once again have a port-o-let for you to use.
